Returns Policy We offer a 10 day return policy with the shoes. This means you can wear the shoes indoors around the house just to get used to the fit of them. If at this point you are not happy with the size or anything else, just email us back or call us we will replace the shoes. Postage is not covered under this fit guarantee. If you don't like or it does not fit just sent it back. If you wish to return an item please fill out the returns form and send the goods back. Goods must be returned within 10 days. Goods must be accompanied by original receipt. Goods must be in their original packaging. Goods must not be used. Postage costs are not covered. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the goods are returned safely to us. Exchanges will be charged postage as follows, Uk and Ireland, €10 for shoes. We will refund to your credit card the full amount less the original cost of postage(to us). Refunds will be credited to credit card or cheque will be posted.
