Your Rights Trisports.ie is an internet based Irish company. All payments must be made in Euro (€). We operate a no hassle returns policy. If you don't like or it does not fit, just send it back . Unfortunately we cannot take back sale or clearance items. Our Terms & conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Dispatch Policy DELIVERY TO IRELAND ONLY (ROI & NORTHERN IRELAND) Once an order is placed you will receive an email confirming that we have got your order. Within 24 hours you will receive a further email detailing that your order has either been despatched or is not in stock. Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday excluding holidays. Orders received begin processing the next business day. Delivery You will receive further communication via email or by phone to confirm that the order has shipped. This will be within 5 business hours of the order coming through. Orders being shipped to the within the Republic of Ireland will arrive within 24 hours. Shipping times may vary due to availability of goods and external delays. Tracking numbers may be available for tracing orders upon request. VAT & Duties Our retail prices are VAT inclusive. Normal rate is 21%. Product Information All product information and images are supplied by the relevant manufacturers. While every care is taken to have the most up to date information available we will refund or exchange any product which has been purchased based on a description or image portrayed on our web site provided that the product is unused and adheres to our returns policy. Split orders Where there is a split order (where two items on a single order are not paid for at the same time), the free postage only applies on the second delivery if the value of the second item exceeds €50(Ireland and UK).
